Agreed. Mutton is very underrated. We use so much of it in Pakistani cuisine and I’ve always found that no other meat substitutes the flavour it imparts especially to biryani and kormas – lovely post Graeme x

This looks so good – real simple, earthy fare. I think a dollop of sour cream would go with it well too. Not so healthy maybe, but definitely delicious!
